  • Confirmation of registration will be issued upon receipt of completed Registration Form with relevant supporting documents and full payment. Please present this confirmation in soft copy at the Registration Desk of the Symposium as proof of your registration.

  • This symposium is for healthcare professionals, trainees, nurses, allied health professionals and other medical professionals only.

  • Senior Consultants, Consultants, Associate Consultants and Researchers are classified as Physician / Researcher category. Others will be considered as Trainee / Nurses / Allied Health Professionals and other Medical Professionals category.

  • Trainee identification or proof of qualifying trainee status MUST accompany the registration form to qualify for Trainee fees. Proof of status is also required when registering on-site.

​INSTRUCTIONS FOR GROUP REGISTRATION:

  • For group registration, email to NNI Event Secretariat at eventsecretariat@nni.com.sg for offline registration.

  • One delegate will represent the group to sign up for the Symposium. Once registration is received, an email with payment instructions and invoice will be sent to group representative.

  • Full payment for the whole group has to be made within 30 days from the invoice date. Upon receiving the group registration and payment, NNI Event Secretariat will email registration confirmation to group representative.
